During communication with representatives of the company Bulgaria it turned out that they presented a fake contract between "Uzkimyoimpeks" LLC and BJ Platinum Sp. z.o.o." and fake invoices for the shipment of goods.
Company Bulgaria made an advance payment to the settlement account of BJ Platinum Sp. z.o.o." (Poland).
"Uzkimyoimpeks" LLC did not conclude a contract with BJ Platinum Sp. z.o.o." since when checking the counterparty, unfair relations were revealed, i.e., fraudulent transactions of resale of contracts to two or more companies, in connection with which the contract with BJ Platinum Sp. z.o.o." was not concluded and "BJ Platinum Sp. z.o.o." (Poland) has never paid for a chemical products contract.
Also, it become more frequent when certain persons, introduce as representatives of "Uzkimyoimpeks" LLC, offer their services for a certain (consulting) fee or provide services as a letter of credit, which negatively affects our reputation.
"Uzkimyoimpeks" LLC provides chemical products after 100% prepayment to its current account specified in the contract.
