This public announcement is made in accordance with Article 20 of the PPP Law.

In response to the request for Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Project publicly advertised on 1st February 2020, the parties listed below have submitted an EOI before the deadline of 22 February 2020, 12pm Tashkent time for electronic submissions and 4 March, end of calendar day Tashkent time for physical mail submissions.

On the basis of foregoing, the Ministry of Energy (MOE), the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade (MIFT), JSC National Electric Networks of Uzbekistan (NENU) and the Public-Private Partnership Development Agency (PPPDA) under the Ministry of Finance have determined the list of

interested parties to participate in the tender as required by Article 21 of the PPP Law.
