This public announcement is made in accordance with Article 20 of the PPP Law.
In response to the request for Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Project publicly advertised on 4th February 2020, the parties listed below have submitted an EOI before the deadline of 5 March 2020, 5pm Tashkent time for electronic submissions.
On the basis of foregoing, the Ministry of Energy (MOE), the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade (MIFT), JSC National Electric Networks of Uzbekistan (NENU) and the Public-Private Partnership Development Agency (PPPDA) under the Ministry of Finance have announced the following list of interested parties to participate in the tender as required by Article 21 of the PPP Law.
