To the attention of Prequalified Bidders

This public announcement is made in accordance with Article 63 of the Public Procurement Law.

In accordance with Section 2.1(i) of the RFQ the Government undertook certain steps in preparation of the launch of the RFP anticipating that the required statutory amendments to the PPP Law are enacted before the Due Date.  Due to the fact that such amendments are not currently enacted, the Government hereby informs the Prequalified Bidders of that it is utilizing an alternative procurement method for this tender.

The Resolution dated 11 December 2020 registered on 14 December 2020 under №24/1-270 ("Resolution") is issued to authorize the Tender Commission to utilize an alternative procurement method for this tender. The RFP Stage will therefore be further conducted by the Procuring Authorities under the Public Procurement Law, and government support will be offered in accordance with the Investments and Investment Activity Law.  Prequalified Bidders are directed to note the changes as introduced by the RFP issued on 14 December 2020.

The invitation to submit the proposals in response to the RFP will be exclusively communicated to the following Prequalified Bidders as listed below:
