A group of specialists from JSC Thermal Power Plants and its enterprises are taking part in advanced training courses organized by AC Boilers S.P.A., in Italy.
JSC Thermal Power Plants has developed an action plan for training, retraining and advanced training of employees of enterprises of the system for 2022.
On 24 March 2022, at Tashkent International Investment Forum, JSC Thermal Power Plants and Italy’s AC Boilers S.P.A. signed a Memorandum of Cooperation in the modernization of traditional thermal power plants to increase their sustainability, ensure the efficiency of the use of existing gas turbines and steam boilers, as well as improve the skills of personnel.
Based on this, on June 27, the first short-term advanced training courses were launched for employees of enterprises of JSC"Thermal Power Plants, in Italy. The training courses, which will run until July 3 this year, will be attended by employees of JSC Thermal Power Plants, 11 specialists from JSC Uzenergotaminlash, LLC Uzenergosozlash, JSC Tashkent TPP, JSC Takhiatash TPP. According to the established training schedule, Uzbekistan specialists will take part in practical exercises on the operation of gas turbines and steam boilers. They additionally reinforce the existing knowledge in theoretical classes conducted by qualified specialists of AC Boilers S.P.A.
“Today, the system of JSC Thermal Power Plants is studying the experience of not only domestic, but also the world’s leading companies in the training and advanced training of employees. In particular, it is planned to improve the skills of more than 100 employees attached to 10 groups with the Italian AC Boilers S.P.A. within the framework of established cooperation, by the end of the year”, says Feruza Turgunova, head of the Personnel Department of JSC Thermal Power Plants.
Employees will also undergo training in Germany, France and Russia within the framework of an action plan for training, retraining and advanced training of specialists during 2022.
